"The Similar Itinerary"—What Does That Mean?

The term "same itinerary" refers to an exact match in all areas of the bookings, including:

  • Aircraft number
  • Route
  • Date
  • Number of passengers
  • Seat type
  • Airline (not restricted to)

Searching the "Major OTA Competitors"

Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline.com, and reservationcentre are designated as Major OTA Competitors for the purposes of our Price Match Promise (PMP).

Notification Procedure for PMP Invocation

  1. Reach Out to Us: Send an email to our customer support service to begin the procedure.
  2. Provide Important Details: Share your required booking details, especially the travel agency’s booking number. Include details of the special offer such as the airline name, aircraft, travel plan, travel period, number of travelers, and chosen seats.
  3. Offer Necessary Verification: Attach images or the exact link address for confidence in the credible proof and evidence.
  4. Obtain the Go-Ahead: After the verification process, choose your next step: revoke the booking for a complete refund or remain on the previous plan and receive a reimbursement for the price difference.

The PMP Has Some Exceptions

The great offers and discounts such as corporate reductions, group rates, membership programs, or special incentive and reward programs are not included by the Price Match Promise (PMP). Additionally, it doesn't apply to ticket prices that are exclusive to a particular coupon or promotion that not everyone can utilize. This guarantee does not apply to:

  • Vacation packages
  • Government fares
  • Military fares
  • Student fares
  • Tour operator fares
  • "Web Only" fares
  • Tickets acquired through a bidding or auction process
  • Fares for which the airline data are not visible until after purchase
  • Any errors in fare costs
